How to boot into Single User Mode and reset Root Password in Linux

My first video tutorial. Like the title says, thid video is a how-to and will demonstrate how to edit the bootloader in order to boot into single user mode and reset the root password. I am using 32bit CentOS 6.4 on VMWare Workstation but this should work on pretty much any Linux distribution in roughly the same way. Btw, it's a good idea to always protect the bootloader so nobody can do this to your computer!
