How to remove Linoleum (or vinyl) flooring from original hardwood or sub flooring. There is no easy way around this. It takes time and a lot of elbow grease. I would say it took about 5 minutes per square foot (of strenuous work). Be careful not to start a fire. Have a fire extinguisher on hand.
