Optical Character Recognition or OCR can now be used within Dynamics NAV to scan in Purchase Invoices and NAV will "read" the file and with a little setup can populate our Invoice Matching batches with the information and once the user is happy, is automatically matched against the Order, Goods receipt and the invoice.
