Real-time tracking with Circulant Matrix methods

http://bit.do/dHNnu Tmetric secret discount page.
This is a compilation of results videos for the open-source tracker available at: http://www.isr.uc.pt/~henriques/circulant/ which accompanies the paper: João F. Henriques, Rui Caseiro, Pedro Martins, Jorge Batista, "Exploiting the Circulant Structure of Tracking-by-detection", ECCV - European Conference on Computer Vision, 2012 It shows a comparison of several state-of-the-art trackers against the proposed method. The proposed method can yield more accurate results, but, more importantly, runs at hundreds of frames-per-second. This is despite the fact that it is based on a Kernel classifier, which is very powerful but normally very slow. Circulant matrix theory allows fast training and detection with the Fast Fourier Transform.
