Effingham County's Kayla Alward is a senior in the UGA CAES majoring in both animal science and dairy science, and was recently named the 2016 UGA and Southeastern Student Employee of the Year. She shared with the Farm Monitor some of her duties as a calf manager at the UGA Teaching Dairy, as well as her goals for the future.
